“For What It’s Worth” is the opening track from my 2022 Album “Minimum Wage”. It’s real important to me to keep it honest & authentic in the music. When I wrote this song, I wanted to highlight how success is not linear. I’ve learned so much about the business by being bold enough to throw myself into the chaotic, creative world of being an independent artist. And even though my path has been riddled with mistakes, setbacks, disappointments, etc. without those trials, I would have never been able to reach any of the money & milestones I’ve realized as an artist. What I’ve learned between then and now is, it’s important to see yourself as the end result that you aim to be. Work your way backwards and watch as the universe expands in your favor. Believing in you is the strongest fuel you can possess to make it to where you intend to go. It doesn’t matter how much you make, what really matters is what you do with what you have. That makes all the difference.
